IF for dummies.

Intermittent Fasting is one of the latest dieting crazes hitting the web, popularized by Martin Berkhan at www.leangains.com.

However the common person is far too lazy to read Martin Berkhans website and learn valuable info, so here's an addition I've added to my own;

Intermittent Fasting For Dummies

So the rules to intermittent fasting are simple. You eat within an 8 hour period of the day (or less), every day. so if one day you eat between 1-8pm, stick to it or you'll just be doing yourself over. And when I say you eat within that time, that means DO NOT EAT AT ALL AT ANY OTHER TIME. Not at all, you can drink! Drink to your hearts content, well...coffee and water I guess, we don't want anybody thinking this is an excuse to start taking up alcoholism.

The next step is the macronutrients, there are two different types of day;

Training days: On this day your diet is 50% protein, 50% carbs, plus some Essential Fatty Acids.
None Training days; Same protein levels, higher fats and as low carbs as poss.

How much do you need?

Well if you're bulking, 2x your Lean Body Mass in carbs and protein. So if you're 150lbs at 10% bodyfat, cut off your bodyfat which gives us 135lb of total weight, x that by 2. That's 270g of protein, 270g of carbs and try to get in 10g of fats from EFAs. On your none training days just eat the equivelent calories of carbs but from fats. 1g carbs = 4 calories, so if you eat 250g carbs then that's 1000 calories. 1g fat = 9 calories, so you'd eat about 110g of fats instead of carbs on this day.

If cutting;

Women; (Sally can be the example athletes name)
1g protein per lb of lean body mass = (135 x 1 = 135g protein for example athlete)
0.7g carbohydrates per lb of lean body mass = (135 x 0.7 = 95g carbs for example athlete)
Fats are limited to 30g per day no matter who you are.
Men; (Greg can be the example athletes name)
1.5g protein per lb of lean body mass = (150 x 1.5 = 200g protein for example athlete)
0.75g carbohydrates per lb of lean body mass = (135 x 0.75 = 100g carbs for example athlete)
Fats limited to 30g.

On none training days I wouldn't even bother changing those just for ease of your life, cutting weight can be hard times.

So you eat in an 8 hour period. 50% (at least) of your food intake HAS to come post training. So most people find it best to eat 2 meals pre training containing 25% of their calories in each meal. So someone on a 2000 calorie per day diet may eat 150g carbs and 150g protein post workout, and eat 2 small meals of 50g protein + 50g carbs pre workout.

So 2 meals pre training, 1 meal post training. Your carb sources should be low GI pre-training, post training they can be half high GI and half low GI, so you can have a nice little dessert after your monster sized meal.

Eating within this feeding window optimizes hormonal levels and in some cases when people get it right, they can drop bodyfat whilst gaining muscle. Either way bulking on IF causes minimal fat gain due to it's nature, and cutting weight is easy as pie. If you want more in depth info, visit www.leangains.com

Life Update 16/7/11

Hey guys, how's it going?

Here's a little life update. After my training and cutting, I ended up down to about 7% bodyfat at 150lbs. As you'll know if you read previous blog posts, I was cycling anavar for a little while. My cycle ended up 10 weeks long, the last 6 weeks were 50mg per day.

I can honestly say Anavar did what it said it was going to do, I held onto all my muscular mass whilst losing bodyfat and only gaining in strength. I didn't gain any size though, but unless it's Oxymetholone you're pretty much always going to get smaller if you're in a caloric deficiency with any steroid.

I only really cut down so much to see if I could. Never been that lean in my life before, but I royally fucked it all up. Ate basically a cheesecake a day for a week, didn't do any intermitted fasting, drank plenty of ale and recently went to a gathering of acrobats called the UK Gathering. Camped in a field for 3 days, smoked weed and ate a full box of cereal a day, on top of all meats.

On the bright side after UK I got right back on track. I've been intermittent fasting again for the last week with a 3-11 feeding window, I've lost a lot of water weight and once cut down to an acceptable bodyfat (7% again lolol), I then plan on continuing with Intermittent Fasting and going into a caloric surplus with a steroid cycle. My plans for now are;

Weeks 1-4: 30-40mg dianabol per day
Weeks 1-10: Test Enanthate 600mg (300 twice per week)
Weeks 1-11: Masteron Enanthate 400mg

I'm very weary though. The last time I ran test my skin went to shit, so we'll see how things go. I may end up just doing dianabol and masteron. I don't really want to get much bigger, but I do want to get hella stronger.

OH YEAH, I started weightlifting again yayyyy! For about a week. Then for the first time in 8 months my shoulder started cracking to fuck again, but I did set a new PR on bench press of 85kg x 8 reps which is by far the most I've ever done. Quite happy about that.

My lifting now consists of weighted chins, weighted dips, cable rows, planche training, general chins, one arm push ups, box squats and pistols. I'm yet to finalise a routine I like the look of, but it will be done. I tried going fully back to powerlifting for a short time, but as said my shoulder went to pieces and it also really affected my acrobatics. I find Powerlifting too demanding on my body to have productive acro sessions also. I could periodize it, but at the end of the day I want to be able to trick (verb for my sport) whenever I want to and planche like a beast, so it's not really a remote priority.

Hopefully with just dips and box squats I'll get a new bench, deadlift and squat PR soon anyway :]

Clenbuterol

Clenbuterol, used and abused.

Clenbuterol as a fat burner. For those of us who don't like stimulants or who want to just get the job effin done without causing too much of a fuss. Many of the homies our there don't like the stimulation or come down given from Ephedrine, or how often you may need to take it throughout the day. Many of the homies also don't enjoy muscle loss or bulging eyes that can come from T3's.

This fish has clearly been abusing the T3's.

Clenbuterol made it's way into my life sometime when I was 18, I didn't enjoy it. After hearing wonder stories of people losing mountains of weight whilst not even changing their diets, I was keen to get on it! I got a heap load of shakes, irritable headaches and neck cramps, and all that for ending up 2lb heavier after 4 weeks of use. Thank you clenbuterol! When I was 19 I used it twice, now at the tender age of 20 in my recent cut, I think I finally cracked it.

But first for the beautiful readers we'll go into what Clenbuterol is and what it's all about :] Enjoy.

Clenbuterol is a drug made for asthmatics that we fitness folk decide to use for a...well a less medical purpose, unless you have a debilitating disease from being a fat ass where I guess clenbuterol is your medicine. Clenbuterol hits the beta receptors, but not in the same way Ephedrine does. Ephedrine hits them on a much broader scale, whereas Clenbuterol hits the Beta-2 receptors selectively. According to steroid.com, this means it has the ability to reduce certain kinds of airway obstruction without much in the way of cardiovascular effect. This means it makes it easier to breath and why it is an asthmatics medication.

Clenbuterol raises the bodies core temperature by stimulating heat production in the mitochondria, this increases your metabolic rate and apparently decreases the appetite. From a personal stand point, I've never noticed appetite suppression whilst on clen but then again I only have ever used clen while cutting where we're obviously forced to eat less food =[ However temperature increases is very, very noticeable. It's also great for vascularity, since clenbuterol increases the heart rate fairly dramatically you'll get some pretty sweet blood pressure, enjoy being nice and veiny for a day.

As well as clenbuterol increasing the bodies temperature it also dilates the bronchioles. May I say it does this job very finely, much better than other bronchiole dilators I've used including Ephedrine and Geranium (1,3 dimethylamylamine). The obvious advantage for this is cardio, I mean clenbuterol should seriously not be overlooked as a performance enhancer. Yeah you can feel gassed out pretty quick with the increased heart rate, but should one take a seat back and continue with long, full, deep breaths, then I think you will be pleasantly surprised. Certainly any endurance based athlete would feel the benefits of clenbuterol, so although I'm not advocating it I'm just gonna say marathon runners will probably love this drug.

As you can see, Clenbuterol raises the bodies core temperature, side effects can be excess sweating.
As you can see though, Clenbuterol is very effective for weight loss. Gollum is ripped.

So for Fat Loss...

As I've mentioned it's under-estimated. It doesn't help that people fuck up their own cycles and wonder why they get nothing out of it thereafter. Common mistakes with clenbuterol include the ever famous "1 day on, 1 day off" principle. It just won't happen, I mean regardless of half lifes this drug isn't a miracle, it won't absolutely strip you of all your fat as it is let alone taking it for half the time or taking it at half strength for the full cycle.

The next one is 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, as pointed out by steroid.com (which I need to enforce, has a much better clenbuterol article than I do with references. My article is all from my own viewpoints and experiences). It briefly explains that although the most dramatic results of fat loss from clen are within the first 2 weeks, that the changes in Fat Free Mass just kept on going up for over up to (and over) 6 weeks. The recommendation set by steroid.com for your average clen cycle is 6-12 weeks, however I would personally stop at 6. I know that side effects are over-rated in everything, but I personally like to look after my heart that extra bit.

That being said, any studies showing heart hypertrophy with clenbuterol are only really with animals, and significant possibly irreversible side effects with clen are with mg dosages, we will only ever be taking them in mcg. Significantly smaller =]

In comparison to other products like Ephedrine, Clenbuterol does have an awful lot missing from the wonders of ephedrine. It doesn't stimulate even half as many receptors or do as many wonderous things, however the half life is much longer, the side effects can be more easily tolerated and the cardiovascular effects are far superior. For me this puts clenbuterol ahead of ephedrine, I mean I've never really had any good fat loss effects from using Ephedrine, nothing noticeable anyway. However using Clenbuterol is something I will now always encourage in a cut after my last cycle, things just went so successfully and I learned to taper clen to a way that suited me. Which brings us to our next mini point;

How should one take Clenbuterol?

Here's the obvious Clenbuterol dosages;

Week 1; 40mg every day
Week 2; 60mg e/d
Week 3; 80mg e/d
Weed 4; 100mg e/d
Week 5-6+ ; 120mg e/d

You could also just say "Fuck this" if you have good tolerance to sides and do;

Day 1-4; 40mg e/d
Day 5-10; 80mg e/d
Day 10 - Weel 6+; 120mg e/d

This is always pretty sound. One thing I really have to advise with clenbuterol is for the sake of it do some freakin cardio. Keeping your heart rate in that optimal fat loss range of 120-140bpm is the easiest thing in the world whilst on clenbuterol, I mean a fast paced walk on a treadmill will do it. Just get it done for half an hour after each workout, this will not only produce good results but will also encourage you to expand your musical taste - because trust me you want your mp3 player / iPod / boom box whilst doing this unless ofcourse you have a home cinema system right in front of you to keep you entertained. We all like good music, may I recommend some Xzibit for cardio, just started listening to him again. Good times.

Personally how I take clenbuterol
I take it like a pre-workout product, this being said I work out 5 days per week at least as it is so I may as well be using clen daily when I do. I prefer to take clen about 1-2 hours before my gym visit, my workouts usually take 45-90 minutes, then whilst my heart is raging I dive on the treadmill. 30 minutes walk on a speed setting of about 7-8 km/ph, just enough for a fast walk that isn't annoying to keep up and get that steez done. I don't really like the ideal of just taking clenbuterol for the sake of it, I feel that when combined with some cardio in the day that you really get the most out of it. Also I find if I jog to get the heart rate to 170-190 (which will happen on clenbuterol), even at a slow paced walk aftwards with heavy breathing it'd take a long while before my heart rate would fall below 130, so it might be an idea at the end of slow state cardio sessions to finish up with 1-3 minutes of fast jogging.

I re-enforce before taking Clenbuterol to visit steroid.com and read their article on it. It's more in depth with much less broscience in than my own.

What Are Pro-hormones?

Pro-hormones

A pro-hormone by definition is a substance that is a pre-cursor to a hormone. However by reality in the fitness industry, a pro-hormone is simply the most anabolic and effective supplement for gaining lean muscular tissue and size*. Pro-hormones are pre-cursors to steroids, such as M1T is to Testosterone, Trenavol is to Trenbolone or Halodrol is to Turinabol.

Pro-hormones are chemical compounds which when taken put the body in a positive nitrogen balance and allow nutrients to be processed much more efficiently. The chemical compounds themselves are basically synthetic forms of testosterone, considering the body produces around 25-35mg of testosterone per week you can only imagine what kind of effects could happen from taking 100mg+ of a prohormone per day. The effects are much quicker than what you can gain as a natural athlete.

Used by bodybuilders, powerlifters, athletes and anyone else interested in getting the same kind of effects as steroids without the legal implications. This has lead to an upsurge in popularity of pro-hormones over the last 2 decades. As such there are many pro-hormones now on the banned list, although new compounds are continiously coming out and seem to only be getting better as science develops.

Pro-hormones growth and strength promotions tend to be less drastic than black market steroids, however compounds such as Cynostane, M1T, Decavol, Boladrol and Tren, based products will all speak for themselves in terms of results. This line of pro-hormones in particular all promote gains that have been likened to black market compounds.

Due to pro-hormones being precursors to steroids and not as harsh as the original compound itself, pro-hormones tend to be much less severe with side effects. Commonly from steroids side effects such as acne, loss of hair, loss of sex drive, irregular blood pressure, testicular atrophy, gynocomastia and so the list goes on. Pro-hormones are legal to buy over the counter and have had a lot of research put into them, you can have confidence that the side effects of these are much less if any at all.

With all this being said I am not advocating that anybody has to choose these over steroids. Certainly from a legal point you would be advised to choose these, what about for the strength and size results? I feel this is more of an issue of how well you are financially. If you're privileged enough to have a well paid profession then I really see no reason not to invest in pro-hormones. The range of them is just so extensive, I could understand buying steroids from how much history and research they have to them, it makes them an obvious choice but the results of pro-hormones speak for themselves with some people.

Intermediate Bodyweight Workout

I would never call myself a strict bodyweight enthusiast, I do encourage the use of weights depending on the circumstances, i.e you'll never deadlift 600lbs by doing chin ups. My reasons for bodyweight exercises having dominance in my training is for Hand Balancing. I do acrobatics as a hobby, doing a workout similar to something a gymnast may do just seemed to make the most sense.

This workout is the one I did for the entirety of my 6 week cut. I like to note I stayed the same weight throughout my cut despite lowering 4% body fat although it was more to my intermittent fasting, I like to think this workout was clearly intense enough to build some good ole MUSS whilst I cut down.

Workout A;

3 x Maximum front lever holds
4-5 x maximum planche holds

3 sets of one arm chin up progressions, or 3 sets of weighted chin ups if I have my belt with me.

If you don't have a belt capable of having weight strapped to it, just do one arm progressions. To one arm progress, do a chin up with one full hand, and just your stronger finger on the other hand. When you can do a set of 5 on your middle finger, move onto each finger along until you can do 5 reps with your pinky, then get on doing sets of negatives.

4-5 sets of bodyweight dips to failure

3x maximum pistols on each leg. I always start with my weak leg and just match the reps on the right leg.

Workout B;

3 sets of maximum front lever holds
4 sets of maximum planche holds

4 sets of maximum chin ups, super setted with maximum push ups, super setted with 60 bodyweight squats.

It's worth noting usually at some point throughout the days I work out I usually practice handstands for anything up to about half an hour at a time. Usually 10 sets, just going up for a good hold and back down. I don't count it as a handstand unless the hold is controlled, the weight is balanced and the handstand lasts at least 10 seconds.

These workouts should be done on non-consecutive days, not necessarily monday, wednesday, friday though, as the intensity of the holds increases and the repetition numbers within the workout, you will find longer rest periods to be of value.

A beginner performing this workout may have a split that looks like;

Day 1 A
Day 2 Rest
Day 3 B
Day 4 Rest
Day 5 A
Day 6 Rest
Day 7 B
Day 8 Rest
Day 9 A
Day 10 Rest
Day 11 B
Day 12 Rest
Day 13 A
Day 14 Rest

Whereas someone who has progressed proficiently in their static holds may do;

Day 1 A
Day 2
Day 3
Day 4 B
Day 5
Day 6 A
Day 7
Day 8
Day 9 B
Day 10
Day 11 A
Day 12
Day 13
Day 14 B

Typically there is less rest days from B to A, than from A to B, because B is a less intense workout and will probably require less recovery time.

Enjoy.

Reflex Instant Whey

Reflex Instant Whey, THE KING OF WHEY!

Sarah Palin, she knows what it is

 Reflex Instant Whey, a company who basically gives you what they put on the label. It's not the best tasting, it's not the easiest of all to mix, it hasn't even got the highest claimed protein intake. So why would I recommend this Whey Protein powder? And more specifically, why would I recommend you buy this above any other protein powder product full stop? As far as getting what you want anyway.

Claim; To assert or maintain as a fact. "She claimed she was telling the truth".

Fake Protein

Let's put it this way. I won't name names but there's a certain very cheap mass produced UK sports supplement company that distinctly has 'sport' in it's name, that at one point of it's life made a Whey Protein Isolate. 100% God damn pure whey protein isolate. Except for the fact the company was never tested by anyone, and after a long time of selling this 100% pure whey protein isolate was uncovered to be selling 100% Casein concentrate. So don't get me wrong you were still getting PROTEEINNNN, but come on?

Then another story, I like this one. Some may say that they have a PH-effin-D in making sports supplements. For a long time this company was being boasted as the highest standard, certainly where I work was the selling protein powder. I'm not sure of the exact in's and out's so shoot me if you don't want to take my word for it, but it was all over forums (including the Muscle Tech forum) for about a day, that it didn't contain it's label content. You see Reflex were making an 80% protein per-serving product, very difficult for any company to keep up with.

I guess ph-effin-d felt the need to make their protein 80% too without actually changing the content. I'm not sure what the actual figures outputted, but working in a sports supplement store you kinda get to hear about these things and I 'heard' it was around 60%. You know what else PH-Effin-D do? Ramp up their trade prices to be higher than any of it's competitors, so retailers have to bump up their own price, just so PH-Effin-D can then sell it on their own website for cheaper than anybody else.

Thank you, thank you for making false claims to the public and then absolutely fucking over your retailers when we're just trying to give it back to the public at a better price.

Lastly, my God, this is my favourite! Again no names mentioned but here's a random collaboration of words with some bold text. Sci, we make the shittest products, mentor. How coincidently is it that some of those letters are in bold and happen to spell out the name of a well reputable sports supplement company. These guys pulled the best one, making an 80% protein that contained how much per serving? 80% protein? Oh hell no son, how about 20% protein? Lord knows what was in that other 80%, probably just sugar. After all it was famed for it's amazing taste.

They'll get their...80% protein MWAHAHAHA

The point I'm trying to get across here to the homies is it helps when you know your protein is tested. The majority are I mean even producers that make their protein for other companies to steal the credit from will be tested.

So why Reflex?

Reflex take the time to every single tub of instant whey they make. Every single tub, not just one in a thousand or one scoop of the protein in a giant protein-making-container. Every tub. In fact if you want to check if your batch of Reflex whey has been tested, you can email them at certificates@reflex-nutrition.com with your products name, flavour and batch number. YOU KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON IN YOUR TUB, THIS IS AN IMPORTANT FACTOR, nobody wants to end up with a friggin 80% sugar protein powder.

As well as this, Reflex Whey contains Lactospore, now this really means jack shit to me and you, however in layman's terms it contains digestive enzymes. Ever bought a cheap whey from somewhere likeeeee, Holland And Barret? I won't dispute the quality of their protein (terrible), however it doesn't contain any digestive enzymes and subsequently we get a heap of customers pouring in telling us about their stomach upsets from their terrible, terrible terrible whey protein.

They have also changed their Instant Whey formula recently to 'Native Whey', I'm not one for buying into fancy names but at least they've given a name to protein that's been absolutely rammed with more leucine than previous, it also contains a nice serving of hydrolyzed whey and gets it's whey directly from Skimmed Milk. Apparently, this is best, I'll take their word for it.

This sports supplement review sounds a bit like an advert doesn't it? I actually use Hyper Strength Hyper Whey myself, I get it at a sick price and love it's taste and mixability. I think it tastes better and mixes better than Reflex Whey any day of the week, but the thing is guys I simply cannot dispute that if any company is giving you an honest product it's Reflex. They won't bullshit you saying you're gain 16x the amount of mass of other products, that you'll gain 10lbs in a day or look like Ronnie Coleman in a month. It's a Whey Protein, that has in the tub what it has on the label. If you really want to be sure then make this protein the one you buy. Chocolate is lovely.

If you wish to purchase yourself a Reflex Instant Whey after seeing this absolutely smashing article, then click here :] Or you can scroll up to the top and click the title, because that's just how I roll.

iForce Dexaprine Review

iForce Dexaprine Review

In this review we will discuss Day 1, 2 and just my training of day 3 using iForce Dexaprines new fat burner, showing it's work environment functionality and training functionality as well as actual effects. Dexaprine is a fat burner from iForce Nutrition. Although I am not well experienced with this company they seem to make mediocre quality supplements, with the exception of this fat burner. It's main active ingredients are a 640mg proprietary blend of Citrus Aurantium with 1,3 dimethylamylamine (it says 1,3 dimethylpentylamine, it's the same shit). Should you wish to read more thoroughly about the product from the people who make it, click here. In soon to come future I will be writing articles on both Citrus Aurantium and 1,3 dimethylamylamine, there will be updates when the time is right.

There is an overall verdict at the bottom, make life easy on yourself and ctrl+f "overall Dexaprine verdict"

Day 1;

This isn't to sell it despite that we do. The same with any product review, I don't like people getting bullshitted about supplements so I cannot express how honest this is. I actually wrote the first part of this review whilst I was in the most hyped part of Dexaprine so forgive me if Day 1 looks a little all over the place.

This is the strongest stimulant I feel I've ever taken as a 'supplement'.

The serving size is half a tablet, I had a full tablet. In the past I've had just about every stimulant under the sun and have always developed a big tolerance to stimulants quickly. No other product containing Citrus Auruntium or 1,3 Dimethylamylamine has made me feel remotely energised in the last well, about 4 months and I've been having them regularly while testing products.

Even RX6 when it came out, that had citrus auruntium, 1,3 dimethylamylamine, synephrine, methylsynephrine, ephedra, the world of caffeine and niacin did not make me bat an eyelid, and we've literally had people come into the store complaining to us that it's too strong before.

Literally, from the bottom of my heart thought no other stimulant bar cocaine was going to get me going these days haha.

9:15 this morning I took 1 dexaprine tablet, 10am and I felt like I had tunnel vision, it's 12:51 and I still feel alert. It's definitely missed it's peak, but I'm still fucking wide awake and the tablet is meant to last for a total of 8 hours. I had taken clenbuterol this morning, clen isn't a 'stimulant' and I've developed a decent tolerance to it's side effects nowadays. I'm pretty sure if I didn't take clen I'd still have felt the same only a bit less shakey.

If you can find anyyyyy samples of this, try it. I'm not saying buy it because I believe unless you have a big tolerance to ephedrine or anything similar then this isn't for you.

I've had jack3d, hemo rage, c4, super pump max, 150mg of ephedrine + 1gram caffeine, I mean really you name the pre-workout product I have probably tried it. Honestly apart from the very first time I took jack3d which was my first exposure to a 1,3 dimethyl product, I have never felt that stimulated haha. I do not think people could for instance, go to work comfortably whilst on this product. If you want to just seriously try half a tablet the first time you use it and see how you get on. I do acrobatics and frequently take stimulants to try and buzz up my sessions, I would never in a million years use this haha.

But I would use it for weightloss, it's the best appetite suppressant I've ever used. Even compared to black market products.

Now if you DO wish to purchase this, go to here. And so we make even less money, you can use the factorysupplements discount code ' ukmma5 ' for 5% off your purchase. It's not a big saving but money is money at the end of the day, every little helps.

Actually, I recommend this product to those doing Intermittent Fasting , I do intermittent fasting myself (after all, it is the best diet, thank you Martin for existing and improving my training drastically =]), and normally coming up to 12pm I feel ravenous for my first meal. Today it's 2pm and I still don't feel the need to feed.

edit: it is now 2pm, and I am forcing down my first meal for nutritional sakes.
edit: didn't end up eating it until 3.

Day 2:

Although it's a few days on from my Dexaprine mission, I feel the need to share with you the experiences I had after the first day since they changed as the days went by.

On day 2 of iForce Dexaprine I decided to just take half a tablet so as to assess if this supplement was going to be the real deal. Recommended dosages never usually 'feel' enough with any stimulant based supplement, even for the sensitive ones of us out there (bless you guys, you make the world go round). Now before I go on, let's take into account that the second time I take most stimulants I feel the effect of them halves, this certainly happened in the past with the likes of USP Labs Jack3d, Nutrex Lipo 6 Black, Superpump 250 and many more.

Well! I was still absolutely wired. DO YOU FEEL SURPRISED?

From memory recollection, I took the my iForce Dexaprine about 10am. You see working in a Sports Supplement store we get to occasionally take in these kinda products. My boss is absolutely awesome and hilariously lenient, so you never know what the day may be about to entail!

Anyway, to the review. I took the product at 10am, got wired up. I still got tunnel vision from half a tablet, not as intense as the first tablet but still much more intense than any other product I've ever taken. I mean son, I've never had tunnel vision off any product before let alone a shelf legal fat burner. On a note of appetite suppression it was still absolutely surreal, there was another case of me forgetting to eat until around 3pm.

It was good times all ahead, I was able to carry on with with my job. Becoming plenty efficient, answering any customer queeries and phone calls with utter enthusiasm to say the least.

Ha, enthusiasm and work fuctionality. Let's time a trip back in time to day 1;

Sup guise?

On Day 1 I answered a phone call to one of our most regular customers, you see as well as online customer queries and all that lark, sometimes out in-store customers call up to check stock levels. We'll call this guy Limmy, Limmy called up and asked me to put 12 Bodyshaper RTD's and 5 Maximuscle RTD's to one side for him. I answered Limmy in the fastest way possible and as soon as I put the phone down, my racing mind did a lap around the world, wrestled a bear and during that trip forget to put his RTD's away.

It was no worry, 200+lb Limmy came into the store and still got his RTD's and I was still left un-beaten and all my limbs in tact. We're still friends. Also, come 5pm I had another half Dexaprine, which came in handy for training.

Work related conclusion

For me personally half a tablet of iForce Dexaprine allowed me to function in my daily tasks with absolute awesome force at least doubling my efficiency. Tasks were completed way before deadlines whilst my appetite was still heavily suppressed but without any discomfort. 1 tablet was just a bit too much, if I had the day off work or if I was going to a rave in an abandoned warehouse full of vampires then I'd take the full tablet every time. Now onto more important things.

TRAINING, with the over 9000 power of Dexaprine!

Day 2 Training

I finish work at 5:30pm, to get home it usually takes me until 6pm. From 6pm to 8pm, I had to fit in the ollowing;

60g protein + 30g carb meal > AB WORKOUT OF DEATH > 120g protein + 100g carbs > then arrive at gymnastics. It was a tough job, but someone had to do it.

Normally during intermittent fasting I get all of my calories in through actual food, however the nature of where I work and for times like these I do have protein powders lying around. I'm currently using strawberry flavoured Hyper Strength Hyper Whey if any one is curious :-) I whacked up 2 scoops of that with water, 1 lamb grill steak that I had coincidently pre-cooked earlier that day with a banana.

About 6:40pm now, my Dexaprine fuelled blood was still going strong. I performed the following;

4 x 10-15 hanging leg raises
4 x 10 incline weighted crunchs (I hold a plate behind my head for max. leverage)
4 x 8-10 Oblique cable twists

I took the usual 60-90 seconds rest between sets as is usually had with higher-volume exercises. It should be noted I train my abdominals with higher volume because I have urine poor obliques, though the base of my training is still in lower reps.

I finished my workout in the medium time of half an hour, about right. For those who don't already you really should get into the habit of timing your rest periods in workouts. It'll help out plenty in the long run when making track of progress. So come 7:15, I sprinted home in a sweaty mess, thank God I live a 7 minute walk away from the gym.

Boom, 7:25 in the apartment. Wolfed down my post workout meal in the space of around 10 minutes. For anyone wondering I consumed 100g of plain ole Muesli with 30g of Weetos for the chocolatey goodness. Along with this I had a 2 scoop Hyper Whey shake with 500ml semi skimmed milk, 2 pork sirloin steaks and a 300g pot of cottage cheese. I felt the need to puke thoroughly after this since I was pretty much just drinking the muesli and cheese but a man has to do what a man has to do!

7:40 I sprinted to the bus stop which is right next to my gym so it wasn't a large journey. Seen my bus coming, ran for it and got that bitch. Whilst reflecting on how much I wanted to hurl my food I noticed that my eyesight was disgustingly clear and focused, I couldn't have been more hyped and ready for acrobatics.

A fantastic session was had.

Day 3 Training

On day 3 of using Dexaprine I was going for a pretty hardcore workout. I decided to take a full capsule towards the end of my work shift and get on down to the gym right after I got home. At the time of writing I'd have about 7 months off lifting weights, came from a past of doing powerlifting and asides from ab work almost all my training has been bodyweight based for the functionality of gymnastics.

However at a bodyweight of 70kg, I went into the gym and went as follows;

10 on Cross Trainer, keeping my heart rate at 170-180bmp, with a minutes rest when things go crazy.

1x5 160kg Deadlift
1 x 180kg / 400lb Deadlift
2 x 4 80kg / 180lb Bench Press

2x 15 chin ups super setted with 2 sets of maximal push ups.

Now I'm not going to lie, during my workout I felt pretty drained after my cardio. I originally thought that my nervous system might have had a bit of a shut down from hammering Dexaprine, although now I think it's more to do with my cardio giving me the world of jelly legs. I say this because after my workout I got home, and trained some more;

3 x 10-15 seconds Front Lever adv tuck holds
Super setted with 3 sets of maximal handstand holds against a wall.

Along with some general handstand work and a little bit of stretching.

Overall Dexaprine Verdict

I can whole heartedly say it's a product that does what you're buying it for. You want to feel warm as hell because of it's awesome thermogenics, you got it. You want vicious appetite suppression? It's there. You want pre-workout stimulus? well-chill-the-eff-out and have half a capsule and you have that too. I've been overall disappointed with the majority of fat burners we get to test out, they all fall short of black market supplements. I rate this above ECA stacks and T5's, since I've tried the both of them I feel I can say this.

I don't know if it has the same reactions to alpha and beta receptors so I can't honestly say it will produce better results in the long run than Ephedrine based fat burners, but I certainly know as a supplement that will get me buzzing and suppress my appetite it does the job a shit ton better.
